Visit Australian Army Flying Museum, Oakey, Queensland, Australia
The Museum is located 25 minutes from Toowoomba through the town of Oakey.
Inside the museum you will find a vast collection of Aircraft and related memorabilia from all eras of Australian Military Flying. Witness the innovations required to survive in the theater of war, and the advancements in aviation technology across time.
The Memorabilia room also houses an array of smaller items of a more personal nature, carried and used by our Soldiers and Airmen throughout their service in numerous conflicts around the globe.
The area for kids will spark the imagination and give them a hands on feel for what it might be like to be a Military Aviator.
Undercover Picnic tables and BBQ's are available for you to use if you would like to bring along a packed BBQ lunch.
