Visit Benures Bay, Norman Island, BVI

Benures Bay on Norman Island is one of the great anchorages in the British Virgin Islands. The bay does not have a beach, just a pebble shoreline. The snorkeling is good at the western end of the bay. Hiking over the hill to Money Bay provides better snorkeling and diving. An just east of the bay is the Spy Glass Dive Site. There are no mooring buoys, but anchoring is easy with a good holding in the sand bottom. The best spot to anchor is close to shore on the northeast side of the bay. It's a good overnight anchorage that is protected when the wind is from the south.
