Visit Cosmopolis Fountain, Toruń, Poland
Cosmopolis Fountain in Toruń is a multimedia fountain located in Toruń. The fountain is located in the city center, on Skwer im. Lucjan Broniewicz, in the vicinity of the Old Town Complex and Collegium Minus UMK.
The fountain was built of 113 water jets arranged in a circle symbolizing the Solar System . The nozzles are illuminated with colored light. The water stream in the nozzles may reach a maximum of 5m. In the tourist season, in the evenings, a 15-minute light and sound show is broadcast, for which Krzesimir Dębski composed a dedicated piece "Cosmopolis".
