Visit Costa Rica

This fairly small country located between Nicaragua and Panama in Central America offers a lush paradise and an abundance of wildlife. In fact, you’d be hard pressed not to encounter any monkeys on your trip. There are many that live in trees on the side of the road. Costa Rica is filled with rain forests and waterfalls. There’s nothing quite like getting an aerial view of a rainforest by zipline and then spending the rest of the afternoon swimming in a water hole with its own waterfall. Costa Rica is also bordered by the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. Each side of the country offers a different experience. Since you can swim in the Pacific Ocean and this particular stretch of coast offers some spectacular surfing, that side of the country offers a more laid back experience with plenty of waterfalls and sleepy towns filled with locals. While the Caribbean side is great for diving and is home to Tortuguero National Park where the green turtles nest. Regardless of where you go in Costa Rica you can have a vacation as relaxing or as active you want.
