Visit El Capitan Picnic Area & Devil’s Elbow, Yosemite National Park, California
Devil’s Elbow is located under the El Capitan along the Merced River below the El Capitan Picnic Area. It's a great place for picnicking and swimming and is usually not crowded.
Picnic areas are available throughout Yosemite on a first-come, first-served basis (reservations are not available) from dawn to dusk.
