To get to this viewpoint oon top of a sand dune requires 4WD. There is a way which starts from sealine and markings are kept along the way to Inland sea.
Plan on an overnight stay to witness the amazing sunrise. Water starts rising at night, so prepare accordingly and start the journey before it gets dark.
