The town of Zihuantanejo and its sister, Ixtapa can be found in the State of Guerrero along the Mexico’s Pacific coast. This picturesque town is wedged between the Sierra Madre Mountains and the ocean. Zihuantanejo provides for an authentic rural Mexican experience in contrast to Ixtapa, which is developed with modern hotels and marinas. La Ropa and Playa Linda are just two of the local beaches that provide opportunities for relaxing on the sand or windsurfing in the gentle waves.
