Visit Kahauloa Cove & Lanai Lookout, Oahu, Hawaii
Kahauloa Cove, which sits at the base of Koko Head Crater, just past Hanauma Bay heading toward Sandy Beach. The lava which flowed from this ancient extinct volcanic crater formed layer upon layer of lava which is now exposed in interesting and unique patterns seen all round this cove and ending in the pounding blue Pacific surf.
