Kapaʻa is a town on the island of Kauaʻi in Hawaiʻi. Kapaʻais a Hawaiian adjective meaning "solid". The famous "Sleeping Giant" or Nounou Mountain overlooks the town. The Kinipopo Shopping Village is a good place for places to eat and small keepsake shops.
