Visit Kaumalapau Harbor, Lanai, Hawaii
Kaumalapau Harbor is located on the western side of Lanai and was built by James Dole, the founder of the Hawaiian Pineapple Company. He purchased the entire island for $1,100,000 because he planned to turn Lanai into the world's largest pineapple plantation.
It's now the main cargo harbor for Lanai and where some of Lanai's sport fishing boats depart from.
