Visit Landhuis Jan Kok "Nena Sanchez Gallery", Curaçao
This plantation house of Jan Kok was was a place of cruelty, where hundreds of enslaved men and women were put to hard labor. Today, the Jan Kok is home to the colorful work of native Curaçaoan artist Nena Sanchez.
The self-taught local artist Nena's art can be purchased at her galleries at Landhuis Jan Kok and in a shop in Punda.
