View Original Description
Visitors often anchor at Lee Bay on Great Camanoe Island in BVI's as it's a good snorkeling site. Lee Bay is a secluded spot a off the typical beaten path. It has a protected anchorage that is normally used as a day/lunch spot but good for the night. The bay has a rocky shoreline but it's suitable for digny landings.
Bring a powerful dive light and watch 5’ barracuda and tarpon eat your dinner leftovers. Jump in and swim with the rays at night.
There are no mooring balls, so anchoring is a necessity. Anchor in the center of the bay in about 15' to 20' to get a good breeze at night.
