Visit Museum of the Olive and Greek Olive Oil, Sparta, Greece
This is a unique experience, since we are going to be introduced to the culture, the history and the technology of olive and olive oil production in Greece, from the prehistoric times up until the beginning of the 20th century. We will see exact replicas of Prehistoric, Hellinistic and Byzantine olive presses and all the stages of their development to engine powered presses. Also, art exhibits that show how olive influenced the art in Greece during times.
