Hike to Olivine Pools, Maui, Hawaii
Olivine Pools are a series of tide pools that sometimes offer protected swimming, but can be very dangerous. The pools are located along the
Kahekili Highway on Maui's North Shore. It's a long drive to get here and the hike down to the pools is pretty treacherous. Drive from Lahaina since tis road is much better then coming up from the airport.
Suggest wearing tennis shoes when hiking down instead of flip flops. Get there early (by 10am) to enjoy it wihout the crowds.
