Visit Photographic Arts Building, Balboa Park, San Diego, California

The Photographic Arts Building is home to the Southern California Association of Camera Clubs. SCACC is the local association of camera clubs in San Diego County. It was organized to promote the visual arts through color and black and white photography, stereo (3-d) photography, digital photography, and the art of film making. Also on exhibit are several stereo 3-D pictures. There is no charge to see the galleries & exhibits.
