Visit Pink Cliffs Geological Reserve, Heathcote Victoria, Australia

The Pink Cliffs Reserve was a gold mining area where sluicing and waterraces were built to remove surface layers of soil. Beneath are pink coloured rocks stained by iron oxides. Mining here operated in the 1870s and 1880s.
