Visit Praia de Taquarinhas, Balneário Camboriú, Brazil
Praia de Taquarinhas is a beach located in the city of Balneário Camboriú, in the Brazilian state of Santa Catarina.
The beach is 600 meters long and is next to Praia de Taquaras. It has thick sand, clear waters, like a dump and is completely wild, making it ideal for fishing. It is located 7 km south of the city center.
Taquarinhas is one of the last preserved coastal promontories on the coast of Santa Catarina. It maintains a jagged coastline with a clear beach and preserved vegetation, a set of elements that express relevant biodiversity of ecological value and scenic beauty of scenic importance.
This area has potential for scientific research, environmental education, recreation in contact with nature and ecological tourism, objectives that can be achieved with the implementation of a Municipal Natural Park, a Conservation Unit category of public domain and collective use.
