Visit Price Historical Park, Pismo Beach, California
Price Historical Park is the home of the historic ranch and 1893 Price Anniversary House belonging to John Price, the founder of Pismo Beach. A visit to the old ranch grounds is a step back into history featuring a windmill, an orchard, old farm implements, a butterfly garden, remnants of the old stone corrals, as well the Price Anniversary House and the Meherin House. The park was once a part of the historic Pórtola trail, the Anza trail, and the El Camino Docent-Led Guided Tours of Price House are by appointment only. Historic registration: 1987- Historical Landmark of the City of Pismo Beach, Resolution. California State Historical Resources Commission, California Point of Historical Interest. National Register of Historic places.
