Visit Privateer Bay, Norman Island, BVI
Privateer Bay is located at the north western end of Norman Island in the BVI's. The bay goes from The Caves to the western tip of the island. When weather cooperates, the bay is a wonderful overnight anchorage.
The moorings are strung out in the middle of the bay close to shore with the buoys next to the caves requiring BVI parks permit as these are day use only for snorkeling. The moorings are maintained by Pirates in The Bight, and they will come out at dusk to collect fee.
There is a small shoal extending north off Treasure Point when going to The Bight, so give it wide berth.
