Visit Te Rua Manga (The Needle), Rarotonga, Cook Island
The Needle (Te Rua Manga) is a big rock in the center of Rarotonga island. It's common that people get lost starting the hike from the south side of the island. There are plastic arrows nailed on the trees but many are difficult to spot.
The hike from the north side of the island is simpler to follow.
