Visit The Witch Tower of Presidio Park (Sylvester Pattie Tower), San Diego, California
Visit Presidio Park and climb the stairs to the top of The structure, there you will find a surprise, a pentagram set in a cobblestone and brick floor. This small building is next to the parking lot in Presidio Park. It supposedly held eight Americans lost during an Expedition arrived at the Presidio around 1828. A plaque on a former jailhouse in San Diego's Presidio Park commemorates the first American to be buried in California soil.
