Visit Turkey Tracks, Nilwood, Illinois

Turkey Tracks is a photo opp that is located on Route 66 south of Nilwood on Donaldson Road. On an original piece section of the 1926-30 alignment of Route 66 are a set of turkey tracks in the concrete that were imprinted in the 1920's when the original Route 4 road bed was poured.
