Visit Tvísöngur Sound Sculpture, Iceland

Tvisongur is a site-specific sound sculpture by German artist Lukas Kühne and is located on a mountainside above the town of Seydisfjordur. In Iceland, the traditional song style known astvísöngur, "twin-singing", goes back to the Middle Ages and is still taught in schools today. In this style, a melody is sung against itself, typically in parallel fifths.
