Visit Volunteer Mountain Fire Lookout, Arizona

Located on the Navajo Army Depot, Volunteer Lookout is operated cooperatively by the Army and the Kaibab National Forest and is closed to public access. The 14’x14’ metal CL-100 cab on a 30’ metal tower with catwalk replaced an earlier wooden lookout dating to the 1930s.
