Visit Wawaloli Beach Park, Big Island, Hawaii
Wawaloli Beach Park is located near the Kona Airport on the Big Island of Hawaii. The beach many tide pools and while the larger pool is sometimes dry there are planty of smaller pools to explore. The sand of the beach is white mixed with chunks of black lava and coral. Either layout here on bring a beach chair and setup on the extensive lava flow.
Be careful going out into the water wince it's on sharp rocks and the currents can be strong.
