Visit Wilderness Access Center, Denali National Park, Alaska
Located at Mile 0.5 the Wilderness Access Center is where you can purchase bus tickets and arrange to stay in a park campground. Next door is the Backcountry Information Center, where you can get a free backpacking permit.
All non-narrated buses (transits, campers) depart from this building, as well as some of the narrated tour buses.This building also houses a small gift shop, a coffee stand, and an information desk.
