The Schiphol Airport clock appears to have a man inside the clock is wearing blue overalls and has a yellow rag in his pocket. The man manually create and erase the hands on a clock each minute.
The Schiphol Airport clock was created by Baas in 2016. Baas recorded an actor (Tiago Sá da Costa) for 12 hours to create the video used. See video here.
