See Sunset at Merriman's Restaurant, Kapalua, Maui, Hawaii
The outdoor bar on the point at Merrimans is the best place in Maui to watch the sunset and have a some of thier excellent cocktails. Go for sunset and stay for dinner.
Chef Peter Merriman is known as the pioneer of the Hawaii Regional Cuisine Movement, and feature authentic Regional Cuisine at Merriman’s Restaurants on Maui, Kauai and the Big Island.
The resturant has valet only. Reservations are highly recommended.
