Windsurf or Kitesurf La Cinta Beach, Sardinia
La Cinta beach is located in San Teodoro, Sardinia, Italy. The beach is the largest and most popular beach on the east coast and is one of the best places for winsurfing and kitesurfing. The beach is about 4 km long overlooking brilliantly clear turquoise waters of the large lagoon of San Teodoro with sandy dunes and flamingos.
About in the middle of the beach in a dune belt called La Fuchìtta iand is known as a Kite Zone, or a wide area of sea designated for kitesurfing and windsurfing.
The beach is home of the kite boarding festival in mid September.
Another good spot on the island is Poetto Beach off Cagliari.
