Wine Taste at Bibayoff Vinos, Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California
Bibayoff Vinos is a winery at the century-old Toros Pintos Ranch. It's owned and operated by brothers David and Abel Bibayoff Dalgoff, descendants of a group of Russian Molokan families who emigrated in the early 1900s to Valle de Guadalupe. The tasting room includes a museum that showcases the history of the winery and Dalgoff family.
Bibayoff wine grapes have been sold for decades to boutique wineries and used to create numerous award winning wines. To have the full experience, one must not only taste the wines but go on a tour of the vineyard and wine cellar. Tours require a scheduled appointment (minimum groups of 5 people).
There is a beautiful main garden for any event with a large capacity. The ranch property includes different areas, some more private where you can celebrate birthdays, corporate events, roasts, retirements or camping.
The winery was founded in 1992.
