Wine Taste at Bodegas de Santo Tomás Tasting Room (Ensenada), Baja California
Bodegas de Santo Tomas Winery in Santo Tomás, Baja California was the very first winery in Baja California. The main winery is in Santo Tomás valley but they have a tasting room on Miramar street in Ensenada.
The winery produces Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo blends. Bodegas Santo Tomas has won innumerable awards for its sensational wines, especially the vibrant ruby cabernet sauvignon and darker cabernet-merlot blend (Santo Tomas Reserva Unico).
They also have a restaurant called La Embollettadora Vieja, which can be found at the original Miramar location.
