Wine Taste at Bodegas y Viñedos San Rafael, Valle de Ojos Negros, Baja California
Located 38 km from Ensenada, Bodegas y Viñedos San Rafael is the winery from the Hussongs family, who served as pioneers in the new viticultural region of the Ojos Negros Valley. The high altitute of the Ojos Negros Valley plays an important part with warm days and cold nights.
Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Syrah are grown here and in 2004 they became the first place in Baja California’s to produce Pinot Noir grapes.
