Wine Taste at Cava VinTango, Valle De Guadalupe, Baja California
Nestled in the hauntingly beautiful northwestern section of the Valle de Guadalupe in the Ejido El Porvenir, sits the recently developed Cava VinTango. The brainchild of vintner Jo Ann Knox-Martino, longtime area resident and a past graduate of Hugo D’Acosta’s nearby La Escuelita, it's a reputable institute with a lengthy waiting list for new applicants, dedicated to teaching the science of enology.
Wine tasting by appointment only.
The winery was founded in 2009 and only produces 28 barrels/year.
