Wine Taste at Hilo Negro Viñedos y Bodega, Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California, Mexico
Hilo Negro Viñedos y Bodega is a winery in Valle de Guadalupe that was fouded in 2010. The upper part of our vineyard, is the main production building, divided into 3 floors (Reception and grinding area, Tank area and underground Cava) having a processing capacity of more than 50,000 liters and housing more of 400 barrels in our cellar. This gives us the possibility of producing 40 to 45 thousand bottles annually.
