Jarvis was the first winery in the California to tunnel a cave large enough to hold the entire winemaking facility underground. The large chambers in the 45,000 square foot cave allow even the largest fermentation tanks to be underground and out of sight, preserving the unmarred beauty of the natural outside environment.
