Wine Taste at Paralelo, Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California
Paralelo winery in Valle de Guadalupe is laid out in two intersecting crosses (one Roman, the other Greek). Paralelo produces three wines ~ two reds and a Sauvignon Blanc, created by Paralelo's resident enologist Daniel Lonnberg.
The tasting room is on the roof and offers great views of the vineyards.
The winery was founded in 2005 and produces 15,000 cases/year.
