Wine Taste at Viña Viu Manent, Colchagua Valley, Chile
Viña Viu Manent is located in the Colchagua Valley and has been producing wine for 80 years. It was founded by immigrant Miguel Viu Garcia Catalan. Currently Viu Manent is run by the third generation, led by Jose Miguel Viu Bottini, who has been responsible for directing the vineyard to export markets, to consolidate the brand as a producer of premium wines that the whole world are exported and lead the development of tourism in Colchagua placing as the main destination of Chilean wine. Viu Manent Malbec vineyards looks beautiful, with more than 100 years old, and is the pioneer of Chilean Malbec vineyard, the first winery that produced and labeled, 21 years ago, a wine of this strain in Chile. Today also is the vineyard Malbec has more wines on the market, all recognized worldwide for its excellence and innovation.
