Wine Taste at Vinos Plata, Valle de Guadalupe, Baja
Vinos Plata is the project of the Plata Chavarría family headed by Erick Plata, a winemaker who has worked for several years in Casa de Piedra. Erick established himself as a promising producer thanks to the blend of tempranillo, zinfandel and petite syrah from his .925 Silver label. This was followed by Pure Silver, a much more refined label that seeks the maximum expression of Baja California merlot.
