The Himba are a tribe of nomadic pastoralists who live in the Kaokoland region of Namibia. The Himba are descendants of a group of Herero shepherds who fled to the north-west after being displaced by the Nama.
The Himba are indigenous people with an estimated population of about 50,000 in northern Namibia, in the Kunene region and across the Kunene River in Angola.

Day 1: WINDHOEK to KAMANJAB AREA

Pass By: Otjikandero Himba Orphan Village, Road C40, Kamanjab Namibia
Travelling to Kamanjab Area.
Stopping at the Craft market of Okahandja.

Day 2: KAMANJAB AREA

Stop At: Otjikandero Himba Orphan Village, Road C40, Kamanjab Namibia
On this day travelers will spend time with the Himba people and get great insight on the Himba people and learn about their culture, believes and history.
