Stop At: Dazaifu Temmangu, 4-7-1 Saifu, Dazaifu 818-0017 Fukuoka Prefecture

(Free at leisure about 60-90 min.) Enjoy shopping for some souvenirs and tasty treats along the approach road.
Then take a stroll through Dazaifu Tenmangu, the shrine dedicated to the God of study, devotion, and warding off evil.
There may be changes to the Buddhist temple and Shinto shrine itinerary if there are ceremonial occasions being held on the day of the tour.

(Until March 2020) Savor a Japanese-style set meal at a restaurant right by Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine's main hall. At the time of a booking, customers may request to change the meal to a tempura rice bowl or fried cutlet rice bowl.

The Yanagawa river cruise takes visitors through the city's canals. The tour will take you to various locations and thoroughly explore the town's canals. Enjoy a great adventure with beautiful scenery as you wrap your thoughts around the amazing wisdom held by our ancestors along with the stimulation of travel in Yanagawa. (approx. 1 hour)

After April, 2020, 1-hour free time in Yanagawa will be available before lunch (Steamed Eel meal originally made in Yanagawa area, which has been recently getting popularity!)
