Get ready to start an unforgettable adventure!
Our staff and the private driver will go through by your hotel in Cusco at 4:00 a.m. and then transfer you to the Ollantaytambo train station. Take the Expedition Train that departs at 6:10 a.m. and travel for 1 hour and 17 minutes to Km. 104 of the railway, where your professional guide will be waiting to welcome you and pass the control point of the 1-day Inca Trail.
Start your hike visiting the archaeological site of Chachabamba. Then, continue on an uphill path for 3 hours to the archaeological site of Wiñaywayna, where you will have enough time to explore and have lunch.
Then, from The Sun Gate, admire the beauty of the landscape and the impressive panoramic view of The Inca city of Machu Picchu.
At 2:00 p.m., with your Professional Guide, begin to discover the hidden secrets of the enigmatic city and at 5:30 p.m., take a bus to Aguas Calientes to enjoy a delicious dinner.
At night (8:50 p.m.), take your return train to the Ollantaytambo station. Upon your arrival, our staff will be waiting for you to escort you to your Hotel in Cusco. Arrival in Cusco at 11:30 pm.
