Itinerary
1. We’ll pick you up at your location and bring you to the walled city with the personal trainer.
2. We start the aerobic exercise (cardio) session.
3. Then begin the strength circuit where there will be a short burst of energy for movement. These exercises help build and tone muscle.

4.To finish the trainer session we will stretch, helping to relax the muscles that have been contracted.
5. Finally drop you off at your accommodation or your preferred location.
