Meet you Guide and start the day for SYRACUSE. The Greek capital of Sicily contending with Athens, as testified by its theatre and ancient vestiges that lie in a splendid natural scenery enhanced by the light and beauty of its coast.

Stop At: Ortigia, Corso Umberto, 96100, Syracuse, Sicily Italy
Visit of Ortigia (the old city center). It is the most illustrious ad fascinating district of Syracuse, and presents a coherent and harmonious medieval road network. Several buildings still retain the vestiges of a past. The most important centre in the district is the Cathedral Square, onto whose axis the most notable civil and religious buildings converge.

Stop At: Late Baroque Towns of the Val di Noto, Sicily Italy
Next drive to NOTO. One of the most beautiful palaces in town is Nicolaci-Villadorata Palace, located on the most stimulating street of the city, which has the Church of Montevergine as its scenographic backdrop. It represents for the colours and the architectural features a southern twist on this impressive baroque style. Back to Syracuse in the afternoon.

Day 2: Etna & Taormina

Stop At: Craters Silvestri of Mount Etna, 95030 Nicolosi, Sicily Italy
After pick up by your Guide Driver drive towards ETNA the biggest and most active volcano of Europe. Reach the altitude of 6500 feet. Soak up the atmosphere of the volcano as you walk at the nearby Silvestri Craters. Possibility to reach 9800 feet by cable car. En route stop for a Wine Tasting at a local winery (optional) which is embedded in a charming and unique context.

The Greek Theater which looks onto a splendid gulf opening below is the most outstanding monument in Taormina for its artistic value and landscape setting. Together we'll visit this lovely town including the Greek Theatre which has inspired generations of travelers and artists. Back to Syracuse.
