Day 1: Shanghai - Beijing by Flight
Stop At: Shanghai, Shanghai
In early morning, our local driver (no guide) will pick you up from hotel lobby in downtown area by holding a board with your name and transfer to airport for the morning flight to Beijing (We will book the round way flights and flights tickets information will be sent to you by e mail in advance).

Stop At: Beijing Capital International Airport, China
Upon your arrival in Beijing, our guide will meet you at terminal exit by holding the board with your name and then board the private car to start the tour.

Stop At: The Great Wall at Badaling, Badaling, Yanqing District, Beijing 102112 China
Today we will visit the Badaling Great Wall, the most famous and the best-preserved section of the Chinese Ming Dynasty Great Wall. The mountain slope is very steep and the roads are tortuous, which made it an important military stronghold in ancient time. The wall is like a strong dragon winding its way along the mountain ranges. If hiking is too much for you, cable car is available and optional.

On the way back to city area, we will make a stop at Bird’s Nest and Water Cube to pay an outer visit and take some pictures.

Day 2: Beijing to Shanghai by Flight
Stop At: Tiananmen Square (Tiananmen Guangchang), West Changan Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100006 China
At 08:00 our guide and driver will greet you at your hotel in Beijing city area. First, we will take a walk on the Tiananmen Square, the heart and symbol of Beijing and in the largest city square in the world. The spacious square has been used for many public celebrations, ceremonies, and demonstrations for over a hundred years.

Stop At: Forbidden City-The Palace Museum, No.4 Jingshanqian Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100009 China
Then you will pay a visit the Forbidden City, one of the largest and most completely preserved palace complexly built with wood. It functioned as the imperial palace in the Ming and Qing Dynasties (1368-1912). There were 24 emperors of the two dynasties lived in the Forbidden City.

Stop At: Temple of Heaven, Tiantan Road, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100050 China
After lunch, we will pay a visit to Temple of Heaven. Located in southern part of Beijing, it serviced as a complex of sacrificial building where Emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties prayed for peace and harvest.

Stop At: Summer Palace (Yiheyuan), No.19 Xinjian Gongmen Road, Haidian District, Beijing 100080 China
Today’s last stop will be Summer Palace. It locates at the west skirt of Beijing and covers an area of 290 hectare. In the Qing Dynasty during the Qianlong Era, the Summer Palace was built by copying the layout of the West Lake in Hangzhou. Now it is the largest and most completely preserved imperial garden in China.

After the tour you will be escorted back to hotel or trainsfer to the airport for flight back to Shanghai.

Upon arrive at Shanghai, met by Shanghai driver and transfer back to your hotel in Shanghai downtown area.
