Day 1: Delhi Sightseeing - Overnight in Delhi

At 09:00 AM or your given time pick-up from Airport/Hotel or your preferred location in Delhi / Gurugram / Noida. Our driver will come to receive you and 2 days sightseeing tour of Old & New Delhi begins. Your tour guide would meet you on the way and assist you both days.
Stop At: Friday Mosque (Jama Masjid), 6 km North of Connaught Pl. across from Lal Qila, New Delhi India
Today you will Admire the monuments of Old Delhi, such as the Mughal mosque Jama Masjid (The Friday Mosque) which is the congregational mosque of Old Delhi. It was commissioned by the fifth Mughal ruler known as Shah Jahan. Who was a noted patron of Islamic architecture whose most famous work is the Taj Mahal, in Agra. It is the largest mosque in India & Due to its magnificence and size, it is often regarded as the apotheosis of Indian mosque design.

After the Jama Masjid, climb into a cycle rickshaw/ tuk-tuk Sit back and enjoy the views as you ride past the several colourful and busy bazaars of Old Delhi while your guide explains the important role that they play for the locals. ride through Khari Baoli, Asia's largest spice market which has existed since the 17th-century. Get hands-on information about the wonderful world of spices and their medicinal and health benefits. Build up your appetite as you take in the enticing sights and smells at the famous Chandni Chowk.

Drive around & stop for photos at the Red Fort from outside as most of the building is acquired by the Indian Army. Therefore you see it from outside and click some pictures.
Stop At: Raj Ghat, Mahatma Gandhi Road, New Delhi 110002 India
Next visit Raj Ghat which is a memorial to Mahatma Gandhi the father of the nation there is an elementary square platform of black marble, symbolizes the spot where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated followed by his assassination in 1948. A dedicatory ritual takes place each Friday, in his memory.

Stop for photos at India Gate which is an Arc-de-Triomphe-like 140 feet high gateway that was constructed as a War Memorial in memory of the 70,000 soldiers of the British Indian Army who lost their lives during the First World War. An eternal flame burns night and day to commemorate the brave soldiers who lost their lives fighting in the India-Pakistan War of 1971.

Drive around for photos at The Rashtrapati Bhawan which was the
Viceroy's House before independence. The splendour of the Rashtrapati Bhavan is multi-dimensional. its vast mansion and architecture are breathtaking. Few official residential premises of the Head of the State in the world will match the Rashtrapati Bhavan in terms of its size, vastness and its magnificence.

Drive around for photos at The Parliament House was designed by British architect Edwin Lutyens and Herbert Baker. The Parliament houses the Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha and a library hall. where a country of 1.3 billion people is managed. The government of the largest democracy in the world sits in the parliament house.
Stop At: Birla Mandir Temple (Lakshmi Narayan), Connaught Place, New Delhi 110002 India
Finally visit The Laxminarayan Temple (also known as Birla Temple) is a Hindu temple dedicated to Laxminarayan. Laxminarayan usually refers to Vishnu, Preserver in the Trimurti, also known as Narayan, when he is with his consort Lakshmi. The temple was constructed by an industrial Raja Baldev Birla & was inaugurated by Mahatma Gandhi in 1939. With a condition that the temple would not be restricted to the Hindus but people from every caste, creed & country would be allowed inside. Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing - Departure

At 09:00 AM After breakfast or you will be picked up from your hotel. Your driver & guide will come to receive you and a sightseeing tour of New Delhi with temples begins. Throughout the day you'll be immersed in traditional Hindu & Indian Culture, spirituality and architecture.
Stop At: Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, Ashoka Road Connaught Place, New Delhi 110001 India
Start by visiting Gurudwara Bangla Sahib which is a Sikh Temple located in the heart of the Capital City. It is one of the most important & Sacred Sikh Shrine. The temple can be recognisable by its golden dome & tall flagpole, The grounds include the Gurudwara, a kitchen, a large (holy) pond and an art gallery. As with all Sikh Gurudwara, the concept of Langer (Community Kitchen) is practised, and all people regardless of race or religion may eat in the Gurdwara kitchen (langar hall). The food is prepared by gursikhs who work there and also by volunteers who like to help out. At the Gurdwara, visitors are requested to cover their head and not to wear shoes. Anyone can volunteer in the Gurudwara.

Stop At: Gandhi Smriti, 5 Tees January Marg Birla House, New Delhi 110011 India
Visit Gandhi Samriti (Formerly known as Birla House or Birla Bhavan, a museum dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi). As he was shot dead on the grounds here on 30 January 1948, after campaigning against inter-communal violence.
The house itself is where Gandhi spent his last 144 days. The exhibits include film footage, modern art, and rooms preserved just as Gandhi left them. You can also see homespun cotton khadi here, that was championed by Gandhi during the Independence movement.

Stop At: Humayun's Tomb, Mathura Road Opp Nizamuddin Mosque, New Delhi 110013 India
Next visit, Humayun's tomb which is a world heritage site & final resting place of the second Mughal Emperor Humayun. It is the first garden-tomb in the Indian subcontinent & was commissioned by Humayun's chief consort Empress Bega Begum in the year 1565. The design of Humayun's tomb is a typical Mughal architecture with Persian influences. A well-known UNESCO HERITAGE SITE.

Next visit Lotus Temple which is a Bahá'í House of Worship dedicated to the oneness of humanity and religion. It symbolizes the unity of mankind of all faiths. People from all religious backgrounds are welcome here. The temple is admired by its universal design in the form of the lotus flower and has been fascinated by the Teachings of the Bahá’í Faith, especially its tenets of the Oneness of God, the Oneness of Religions, and the Oneness of Mankind.

Finally, visit Qutub Minar which is a world heritage site. The tall minaret was constructed in 1192 by Qutab-ud-din Aibak. An exquisite example of Indo-Islamic Afghan architecture & has survived the ravages of time impressively. This great masterpiece is surrounded by lush green gardens Qutub Minar is the favourite destination of tourists. It is India's one of the most visited monument.
