Day 1: The privilege of seen a Condor.
Stop At: Ecuador Best Tours, Quito 170179 Ecuador
Your tour guide will pick you up from your hotel at 07h00.

Stop At: Antisana Ecological Reserve, Ecuador
We will drive directly to the town of Pintag, where you will start to ascend to the Antisana Ecological Reserve. At the height of 3.810 meters above sea level, you will have enough chances to find interesting wildlife such as: eagles, carunculated caracaras, white-tail deer, and of course, the majestic Andean condors, considered the largest flying birds of the world, and one of the rarest species that has possibly survived since the era of the mega beasts (10,000 years aprox.)! We will walk also to the Mica Lagoon (4.050 m), result of the end of the last ice age, to get a better view of the volcano and to observe water bird species such as: Andean gulls, Andean lapwings, coots, ducks, and black-faces ibis, which curiously live in Chile and only in the Antisana Volcano (5.753 m.a.s.l.) in Ecuador! Then we will descend to the Isco canyon, where the nests of condors are! After enjoying more views of these huge birds, we will have a typical lunch at a local restaurant.

Then we finally reach “Termas de Papallacta” at 17h00, where you stay the overnight in order to enjoy the healing properties of its natural hot springs!

Day 2: A Day to Relax and More Adventure.
Stop At: Termas de Papallacta, Km. 65 vía Quito - Baeza, Papallacta 150753 Ecuador
Papallacta is a small village located in the eastern Andes at an altitude of 3.300 meters above sea level. In addition to its magnificent surroundings, it is located in the rolling green elevations of the pre-mountain subtropical rainforest. The first couple of hours in the morning we have time to relax at the SPA with a previous reservation. We can again plunge into the depths of the thermoludic pools, where its waters emerge from internal geological layers through fissures to the surface, with a unique healing potential and beneficial effects of clean air!

At 11h00 we continue our spirit of adventure hiking along marked trails and spring mountain slopes, observing the flora and fauna of the Andean forest! We will visit specific birds' leks where we could find approximately 15 different species of hummingbirds, 2 species of flower piercers, 1 specie of jay, 2 species of ducks, etc.
