Itinerary

Day 1: Lijiang - Qiaotou - Tea & Horse Guesthouse

Stop At: Old Town of Lijiang - China, No.57, Xuetang Rd, Dayan Township, Gucheng Dist, Lijiang 674100 China
At 07:30 am, meet your tour guide & driver at the south gate of Lijiang Old Town( in Chinese:丽江古城南门) and head to Qiaotou Town.

Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Tiger Leaping Gorge (Hutiao Xia), 100 km NW of Lijiang Hutiaoxia Town, Shangri-La County 674402 China
On the way, have a distance view of the First Bend of Yangtze River from afar.

Arrive at Qiaotou Town, and hike about 2.5 hours from Qiaotou Elementary School to Naxi Family in Nuoyu Village for your lunch and rest.

In the afternoon, continue hiking about 1.5 hours to the 28 Zigzag Turns Trail . Have a wonderful view of the upper part of Tiger Leaping Gorge from 28 Turns Trail. After that, hike about 1 hour to Tea & Horse Guesthouse for overnight.

Day 2: Tea & Horse Guesthouse - Tina’s Guesthouse – Shangri-la/Lijiang

Stop At: Tiger Leaping Gorge (Hutiao Xia), 100 km NW of Lijiang Hutiaoxia Town, Shangri-La County 674402 China
After breakfast, hike 1 hour to Bendiwan Village and take a break at Half-way Guesthouse. Hike along a small train to Guanyin Waterfall, and arrive at Tina’s Hostel at noon.

After that, trek from Tina’s Guesthouse down to the Middle Rapids via Teacher Zhang’s Guesthouse. Then you will trek from Thin Strip of Sky(Or:Ray of Sunshine, 一线天）to Walnut Grove Garden. Walk back to Tina’s Guesthouse.
Duration: 6 hours

Stop At: Dukezong Ancient Town, South East Of Shangri-La Old Town, Shangri-La County 674999 China
At 3:30 pm, take a bus back to Lijiang or Shangri-la.

Drop you off to Shangri-la Moonshine Square(in Chinese:月光广场) or the south gate of Lijiang Old Town(in Chinese:丽江古城南门). Tour ends.
