Itinerary

Day 1: Marrakech- Atlas Mountains - Ait Benhadou- Dades Valley

Stop At: Ait Ben Haddou, Ait Ben Haddou, Souss-Massa
Our guide will meet you at the agreed time and meeting point and start our journey through the High Atlas Mountains passing through Tizi-N-Tishka pass to Ait Benhadou in order to visit its magnificent historical Kasbah .
Then you have lunch (own expenses) and travel to Ouarzazate ( Hollywood of Africa) before you continue through Rose Valley to Dades Valley.

Day 2: Dades Valley- Merzouga Desert

Stop At: Gargantas del Todra, Tinerhir 45800 Morocco
After breakfast, we will enjoy the spectacular mud houses and the amazing rock formation known locally as ” monkies fingers ” then take the road to the Sahara desert via Todra Gorges: a narrow corridor that rises dramatically up to 300m in both sides. We then drive around 15 km to Todra valley where we will stop for a panoramic view for the impressive greenery and mud villages that surround the area. Continuing to Merzouga desert, we will pass by villages like Tinjdad, Malaab, Toroug… Our 3 days tour from Marrakesh to Merzouga desert will allow us to see the hidden old underground irrigation system – a long chain of dried wells that used to be active hundreds of years ago. We arrive at Merzouga in the late afternoon where you will ride camels and cross the golden dunes, on the way, your camel guide will stop for you to see a magnificent sunset, then continue riding to a Bedouin camp. After a delicious dinner, you will enjoy Berber music played by local nomads around the fire and under a starry sky.

Day 3: Merzouga – Agdez – Marrakech

Pass By: Agdz, Agdz, Souss-Massa
Waking up early is a ” must do ” to see the sunrise of your life on the top of a dune around the camp. After breakfast, you ride the camels back or 4×4 car to meet your driver. Then hit the road and leave the silence of the desert towards Marrakesh. We will take a different road passing by villages of Alnif, Nkoub, and Agdez where you will see the longest river in Morocco and the stunning Draa valley, lunch in the village. Continuing, we will cross the anti atlas mountains to arrive at Ouarzazate again. Then cross the high atlas mountains to arrive in the evening to Marrakesh where 3 days tour from Marrakesh to Merzouga desert ends.
