3 days gorilla trekking Bwindi and Lake Bunyonyi safari

This tour is unique because Uganda is one of the only two countries with the world's remaining gorillas. Seeing animals that behave like humans is so amazing. You'll also see Lake Bunyonyi which is the second deepest lake in Africa. The famous Wakanda movie was shot in Bunyonyi.

Itinerary

Day 1: Trip to Bwindi

Stop At: Uganda Equator, Masaka Road, Kayabwe Uganda
Travellers will see the Equator, take pictures and have some snacks.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Igongo Cultural Centre, 16 Km Mbarara-Masaka Road, Mbarara Uganda
Travellers shall see the Ankole kingdom museum and learn about the history of Ankole kingdom.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, Buhoma Uganda
Travellers will check in, have dinner and prepare for the next day's activities.
Duration: 1 day

Day 2: Gorilla trekking

Stop At: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, Buhoma Uganda
Travellers will trek till they see gorillas. They shall be allowed one hour with the gorillas.

Day 3: Lake Bunyonyi tour

Stop At: Bunyonyi Overland Resort, Kabale-Kachwekano, Kabale, Uganda
Travellers will see the second deepest lake in Africa. Activities shall include canoeing, swimming, birdwatching and boat rides.
