Day 1: Drive to Budhanilkhantha
Stop At: Budhanilkantha, ca. 9 km sudlich von Kathmandu. Narayanthan, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
8:30 AM- Half an hour drive to Budhanilkhantha. Jungle walk for 1 hour. Reaching the Monastery, sightseeing, Lunch and rest.
2.00-4.00 PM – Introduction to Yoga and Meditation.
4.30-5.30 PM – Evening Walk (Tare Bhir - Nearby Jungle).
6.00-7.00 PM – Yoga postures, Guided Meditation (Chakra Meditation), Mantra Chanting and rest.
Duration: 10 hours

Day 2: Nagi Gompa

12.00 PM: Lunch at DandaGau/Rest
3.00 PM: Philosophy Class/ Effortless Meditation
4.30 PM: Tea Break/walk back to Nagi
6.00 PM: Yoga Nidra (Yogic Rest)
7.00 PM: Lunch. Mantra Chanting, Musical time
